So-o-o, do you think we could make our way through the 'balance' question and confusion, if we simply ate the whole oil-containing foods WITHOUT separating the oils by various processes?
(And, grow our own?)
I am not trying to be a smart alec...I just need to reduce healthcare to the simplest 'rules'...I have a heck of a time getting my brain around anything else.
(Maybe it's because I am 'idealistic' and 'retro' as some have said. Though, I don't know how a person can be 'retro' when it is what they lived!)
