Re: epsom alternative?

The taste is bitter. It is not salt but magnesium sulfate.
I have been using it for 4 years, but I just swallow it down quickly with fresh water afterwards and then put an altoid in my mouth. (Dissolve in warm water). I always had trouble with the olive oil, I used to get "chickenskin" (a Dutch expression) what you call here goosebumps, just thinking of it.
With all that stuff you learn to make adjustments, my other option was gallbladder surgery.
I tried different olive oils Italian, Spanish and now Greek, made from kalamate olives. If you are near a Trader Joe's they sell it.

Depending on my mood I sometimes put some stevia in it, I can't tell you if this is good or bad, but at least it tastes better. I had never tasted Magnesium citrate, so I bought a bottle the last time and I had a hard time with it because I don't like sour tasting things. So I will just stick with ES.

Whenever I do a flush I feel better and that is what to me counts.
