Re: 2nd liver flush, oil pulling, kidney and parasite cleanse
Here are some thoughts. I think you can see how stress has been a big factor in your life recently. Being deployed is pretty darn stressful and losing that much weight.
1) To deal with the stress, make sure you are getting daily exercise. Stress doesn't necessarily cause
Acne but if you have
Acne stress can make it worse.
2) Wash your face once or twice a day with a very mild cleanser like Dove Unscented, Tone, Basis, and Neutrogena. When you wash you face, don't scrub really hard, that will make the
Acne worse.
3) Keep your hands off your face. Don't pick or squeeze pimples, that will help it spread.
4) Try benzoyl peroxide. Start with the lowest concentration -- a 2.5 percent or 5 percent lotion or gel once a day. After a week, increase to twice a day, morning and night, if it doesn't irritate your skin. If your acne doesn't improve within four to six weeks, use a 10 percent lotion or gel once a day and, if needed, twice a day. Work your way up gradually, especially if you have sensitive skin, because the higher the concentration, the more irritating it may be. If it dries your skin too much, apply a mild moisturizer as well (either at a different time of day or after applying the benzoyl peroxide). (from howstuffworks.com)
If the acne is bad, it's probably best to see a dermatologist. They have lots of good treatments now a days.
Diet may not have that much of an effect on your acne, unless you have noticed that something is causing it such as chocolate. You said you didn't eat bread. Make sure you have a balanced vegan diet. You can be vegan and still be eating a very bad non-nutritious diet. Check out "The New Becoming Vegetarian" book on amazon.com, it will give you good current guidelines on how to eat a balanced vegan diet.
Hope this helps
