BSM drink Q

Does the drink have to be mixed in the order that is listed on the website?
I thought that you first add BSM and the ACV so that the acids can react with the sugar, but instead one should put BSM and lime water first, then the acids. Won't the acids be neutralized by the calcium and then they wont react with the sugars in the BSM?
