Hey there, Sounds like you have somedural adhesions in your nerve roots as they are exiting your spine. Your recent post was more descriptive. Flexion/Distraction is a great option. Also too, I would suggest finding a massage therpist that is trained to do nerve traction release. Not sure if this is the right term that massage therapists use or not, but it involves locating the nerves that are being entrapped in the neural sheath and releasing them.
