Yes, I tried it for a few months. Initially felt some improvement and then nothing. I think that, like Threelac, coconut oil and such, it can only kill so much candida as it passes through the intestines. Problemis it can't kill what it can't reach. So IMO you MUST include a Bowel Cleanse to eliminate candida's hiding places. Tweet
