I can relate to what you say about opinions.The position on the web site is that of a 100% raw fooder.This position is not the norm by any means,your sceptasizom is warrented.But with that being said one can use the info. to enhance there own health and vitality relavant to there dieatary preferancs.Whole food is far better than fractionated food.But fractionated juice has its place as far as detoxification is conserened.I also own a twingear juicer a greenstar2000 and I love the juice from it.I also own a vitamix5000 a wonderfull tool as well.Some of my favorite smoothies start with 3cups of juice from the gs2000 as the liqued base of the smoothie.Three are books on this subject as well.The Blending Book,maximizing natures nutrients by anne wigmore is a good read on the subject of blending.I love my blender as much as my juicers,but using them together is the best of both worlds.Try blending if you want maximum nutrient uptake.And energy out the wazoo!!Stay healthy and happy holidays!
