Been reading up lately on the benefits of microbial brews - I am sure you probably have come across this stuff before, so I figured you may know.

It looks like they use molasses as the main ingredient along with the bacteria and add all sorts of stuff from rock dusts to bone meal and then the bacteria makes it almost totally bioavailable to the body after it has broken it down through fermentation.

so the 100 dollar question is: Fact or Fiction? Does fermenting seaweed add any benefit to just taking the seaweed down in the alkalizing drinks?
