I'm having a rotten wisdom tooth out and the first(worst) of the old, mercury fillings out on Thursday. Nitrous gas is not available, it will be regular shots to numb.
I'm fairly sensitive--and I'm concerned. I've been under a lot of personal stress, and any suggestions to help me "sail" through this first experience (a week later I'll have another 3 hour session--it won't take out ALL the old filings, but do the best I can afford). So what do you guys suggest? Eating prep, physical, emotional (I'm scared of dentists a bit) and anything! Please, all adise welcome.
