Success with Vitamin B-12

I just wanted to share if this helps other people it's great. I heard that two years ago there was a double blind test done in the UK where topical applied blends of B-12 provided relief from eczema- well, that has not exactly hit the market. I couldn't find a source of it anywhere online. Possibly you can get your chemist to make it up for you.

Anyways, I did some research and found that B-12 is naturally found in large amounts in meats, poultry, and fish which i eat plenty of but wondered whether there is a problem with absorption...so I began taking B-12 supplements (only the sublingual ones work for those who have a problem absorbing).

Well, I have a patch of eczema on my right hand that I have had for about 15 years; it comes and goes and grows and subsides. Most lately, it spread all around my hand and to the tops, not just hte palms. My fingernails were beginning to look like claws! The fingers were all swollen becaus eof the thickening skin - at night, nomatter how much lotion I applied, non-clorinated water, etc. very itchy, sometimes weepy.

Well, it's healing very nicely now. The skin is thinning out again, and there is a major subsiding in the size of the patches. the palms are almost all smooth. the only time it flared just a bit was 3 days ago when i did a Liver Flush and i think the toxins came out; but it has subsided again.

all the other things i still do: not too much soap, only natural products, non-clorinated water.

i hope this helps someone else.
