You will get better answers from others (see Fledgling below - she is right!!), but I wonder if oil wouldn't help. I don't mean icky Crisco or something, but it's hi-cal (for the volume) and will help w/a bunch of stuff.
I do a tablespoon of coconut oil every morning - it tastes pretty good (delicate coconut flavor) and is anti-parasitic and a bunch of other things - you can check it out at Tropical Traditions - the link is floating around Curezone (and no, I am not a part of that company...).
