Digestive System
Structure: Gastro-intestinal tract except the Colon. Salivary glands, liver, gall bladder, and pancreas.
Function: Mechanical and chemical (enzymatic) breakdown of foods for cellular use
Foods: papaya, kale, spinach, beets and beet greens, watercress, yogurt
Drinks: whey drinks, carrot juice, blueberry tea

Intestinal System
Structure: Large and small intestines
Function: Completion of nutrient absorption, manufacture of certain vitamins, and elimination of feces.
Foods: All squash, yellow vegetables, yogurt, bran, and cornmeal.

Circulatory System
