Hello,
I was just curious. I have been on curezone for a long time, researching the causes of my skin problems. Just recently i have come to realize my diet is not the problem, its my head, the way i think, act, my stress, anger, anxiety. I bought the book "You can heal your life" by Loiuse Hay. It is a great book. I was just curious is there any other things that i could seriously benefit from? For some reason my personality is night and day. I am a single mom, of two. And i feel like a mental patient sometimes. Mornings are always the worse for me. And if i don't sleep at least 7 hours, i am miserable. There are alot of things that trigger me, and i just need all the help i can get. Has anyone else experienced any of the symptoms i have? Just curious... Thanks for your help
