Where do I look?

I kind of stumbled onto this site and am really interested but also confused. I read about using zapper to cleanse and then found this page, but nowhere do I find where to look for info on where to buy or exactly what to buy, for that matter. If you don't actually sell stuff from this health site, there should be info on what kind of devices there are and where to find them, but I don't see that anywhere - unless maybe the info is buried in individual messages. I'm assuming since there's detailed info about what this can do for you, there must be info on what it is you need to get that benefit and where to go for it. Maybe I just haven't found the right spot on this site yet.
