Re: a full report (QUESTIONS INSIDE)
Ah my dear, you speak the truth.
I just took a permanent job. I'm back in the corporate world, but it is far far less stressful than before. Money is fine, but it was worth the cut for the peace I feel.
But the difference for me is that I'm cleaner, healthier which makes for much calmer. Also I don't drink coffee anymore, and I think that was turning me into a whirling dervish of sorts. I'm much for Buddah-like at work. I got half the staff drinking Emerg-C everyday, many are oil pulling, lots have stopped coffee and are drinking green tea and pine needle tea with ginger. I have a bunch of the ladies using natural face products. Now, this is NOT my job, it's my side business at the office. I don't want to work around a bunch of toxic viral people.
I tell my 15 year old all the time. Get good grades, and when you know what you want, you'll have your pick of colleges, and then you can learn what you like, and do what you want. Alas though, we change so much in our life. What was super important at 15 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 is as vast as the ocean.
But I did read recently of a woman's book entitled: "The F*#K You Fifties". Yep, I can totally relate to that one.
Love, Molly
