I thought this was worth repeating--and also, hope that some who suffer with low blood sugar (as I used to) and other conditions that can make one feal 'weak' will consider the benefits of this simple practice--including perhaps those who haven't read the foot slapping/clapping post
Point of Attention
If you are a beginner at foot clapping, go easy--do not cause pain or redness. Just slap your foot gently for the first 2 weeks. Take it easy and relax. Once the foot acupoint is opened, the sting or redness will no longer be there. After the point is opened, perform the foot clapping only 50 times before bed. If one has low-blood pressure or hypoglycemia, place one hand on the top of the head, while the other hand taps the foot. Do not practice the tapping if you suffer from a serious health condition or are extremely weak (cancer. heart conditions). For the seriously ill just rub the foot and finish by rubbing the belly a few minutes.
This 'hand on the head' is another thing I sometimes do spontaneously when I feel that too much air energy, or the strain of expansion experiences (as we almost all are having these days!) has ungrounded me. Try it.
