Also, my tongue over the last few days has gotten shaggy white, except around the edges, which is healthy pink. I think this is supposed to signify a build up of toxins in the GI tract and stomach. I also see a few, but not all, teeth impressions around the edges of my tongue, which is supposed to signify nutrients not getting into the blood - perhaps being blocked by toxins.

It may be a huge toxic dump has happened in my body over the last week....I've been drinking a ton of water as you suggest, but I'm thinking that maybe I should juice fast tomorrow during daylight hours to help flush stuff out and help get nutrients into my blood at the same time.

Tomorrow is my final day on humaworm. I can honestly say that I look forward to doing humaworm again 5 months from now. I know from what I've seen and felt that it has made a huge impact on me. Tweet
