They're white worms - about a quarter to a half inch long maybe. Not too many.

I also had a couple of little dead white worms that came out of my nose a week ago, which kind of freaked me out...they had these entrails...they were only a centimeter long maybe. They came the day after I had a horrible headache where my skull, teeth, and other bone matter in my head ached...you may remember my post on that. Tweet
