As long as you are following the guidelines from the book, you are doing alright. One thing that you need to be sure of is that you are taking in enough additional water. This is additional water above and beyond the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and the lemonade.
You should be taking in 1/2 your weight in ounces of water. so if you weigh 120lbs, you should be drinking 60 ounces of water or about 2 quarts, this is in addition to the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and lemonade. That will keep things going...
