Not really losing weight
At the begining of November, I started a juice diet. I drank about 8
oz of fresh juice from a variety of fruits every day, except on the 6th, 7th, 10th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th, when all I drank was water. That's 13 out of 30 days on water only. On the first of November I weighed 123 lbs, and now I weigh 104, but I've only lost two
pounds in the last six days (five of which were water-only days). So is it possible that I actually lost more weight on juice than on water alone?
Note: I only did yoga and simple breathing techniques durring the first 24 days of my fast, but on the 25th, 26th, and 29th, I added a 10 minute light jog to my usual schedule.
