here i go again

Hi all,

Gonna attempt this cleanse again. I get very frustrated with the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) because I DO retain the saltwater and will put on like 3 pounds the next day. I just don't understand how so many of you can do the flush, every single day of your cleanse, and not have any problems with the salt. I sure hope my kidneys are not being damaged by it.
