Re: Penile Wart/HPV infection HELP NEEDED

Don't forget about working at the level of the belief system--for most of us, that uncovers what could also be known as the thought system-in-error. ( which is not to say that there is any 'sin', but instead, there is error: consciousness that needs correction.)  Looking deeply into how one thinks, perceives, judges (oneself and others) and (mostly) reacts, rather than truly 'responding' can be very eye-opening.

It's sobering and humbling to realize that we are the makers of much of our misery--and that we do that at the level of thought, beliefs and conviction, before it ever manifests. 

In other words, we believe, and then we see, rather than the common expression: "I'll believe it when I see it".
It is actually the reverse, but this is something people hide the knowledge of, from themselves. It is a backward form of self-protection. An error.

We know that not everyone 'catches' whatever is going around, virus or not. ( But we also know that nothing feeds an epidemic like fear and fear-mongering: both of which rely on 'belief'.) So, these things can usually be traced (in large part) to an event /or action of separation from The One and a sense of 'making it on one's own'.   Being one's own boss. This 'on one's own' attitude is against the Spirit, which knows we are all One in Truth, so there is a kind of self-exile, or self-torture going on. Very convenient. And very 'natural'--no sarcasm intended. No need for any outside attack--we can do it all by ourselves. That's my intuitive sense of 'systemic'.

Please understand this is something quite different from 'blaming the victim' , which many people would like to suggest such thoughts point to--this is another way the self hides from the Self, and then declares that there is some outside attack, a war. to be fought.. sound familiar? It is all around us--how can we not have internalized it? And which came/comes first?

You know the old story --- about where The Divine was going to hide 'itself'--and the Truth, so it would be both safe
and sought? (Answer: in the human heart) Look within, as they say.


Here's a little poem from long ago, to lighten the mood, since all these errors ( being smaller that truth) can be swept away. I was given an 'un-birthday' book that had poems in blue and in black. It was called "you read to me, I'll read to you".

I forget the name of this one:

The thing about a shark is teeth
One row above, one row beneath
Now take a close look

Do you find,
it has another row behind?

now closer, here--
I'll hold your hat

Look in, and
look out!

Oh, dear,
now we'll never know.

Well, goodbye!


I suppose it's not actually "light"

but it had a great picture. And it seems to speak to both the 'virus-as-world' idea and the other one, of looking deeper--
ending with that cheery "goodbye"!  But if it seems unsatisfactory,


Let me try again:

I have one head that wants to be good
and one that wants to be bad...

this one had a picture of a headless kid in striped PJs trying to figure out which of the heads perched on his dresser he was going to wear. Now that I think of it, none of these poems were *light*, but it goes to show, we liked dark stuff even when we were very young. Why? I think we were smarter then, and 'knew' that we were not really 'at home'..we were closer to remembering another way to be--absorbed in the All.
