"Let go of anybody else's energy or thoughts you may be carrying...and breathe in new energy...breathe in new possibilities."

That alone is powerful--

we often know we are doing this, and contract the heart  -and hold our breath- just thinking of those we care for.
(and the sad thing is, that doesn't allow us to 'send' them the good, expansive, faith-full wish and vision we have for them!)

I would venture to say that many of the people who visit curezone are "carriers"...
