of course. the intent was that the stomach was never intended to be a processing unit for bulk. in fact, i think the true natural way to eat fruit is just like a kid - chew it and chew it until all the flavor and Sugar is sucked out and then let it fly(spit it out)! all you do by swallowing that bolus is you make your stomach a garbage disposal. i say roll each mouthful into balls, place on wax paper, sprinkle with powder sugar, and take to the office as a new recipe for a fiber snack!!! refrigerate, of course. that'll teach them to make fun of your oil pulling. apples work well, especially with a little cinnamon.
