Thanks, and another bit on the toxin release...yesterday evening I developed a huge cyctic red zit/face bump, whatever. It's still there this morning (with tons of coverup on it)....I'm absolutely sure that it's toxin release. Aching in head is gone.

Thanks again I'm really liking this 30 day humaworm cycle, and am so happy that I finally just did it.
