Acne on Left Side of Face

I read earlier in this forum that Acne on the chin was indicative of problems with the reproductive system.

I was wondering what did Acne on the left side of the face indicate. I actually sleep on the right side of my face (which has become basically clear), but Acne is substantially worse (mainly blackheads and pimples that won't go away) on the left cheek area and I was curious if anyone knew why. Tweet
