I am no expert on sodium/potassium balance & all that...but....I CAN tell you that after adding sole to my drinking water my thirst actually is sated for the first time in my life...I drink a LOT of water, I'm very active.
I just add a tsp of sole to my first water of the day. A bit of Sea Salt would do the same thing..
The salt somehow makes it possible for the cells to become hydrated...the water just doesn't run right through you...:)
