Re: Olive oil problem?

I gave up cod liver oil several years ago because of a personal theory about it, I dont think its as healthy as a lot of people believe. I just take pure omega 3 oil as it is this that is important, so why bother taking cod liver oil which is not pure omega 3 and consume other things that you dont need when you can just go omega 3 direct? Ive even heard that omega 3 oil is added to cod liver oil after the purifying process because its natural content is destroyed during the purifying process, the reason why it is purified is because the liver of the cod is the fishes most toxic part of its form. The last two days Ive lightly fried with sesame oil and avoided tuna in sunflower oil and the symptoms have gone. So tommorow I'm going to try some tuna in water, then later in the week I will try tuna in sunflower oil again, if no symptoms are present I will then try frying olive oil again and I will determine which one it is that is the cause.
