i don't you think you need to add olive oil or any other vege oil. the only oil that i would recommend is one that contains a high amount of saturated fat, because only saturated fat help digest protein, and utilize the vitamins in the vegetables and assimulate other oils. the body has a hard time processing other oils without saturated fat, which renders veg oils on their own useless. another reason not to use olive oil is because omega 6 is already high in the many foods we eat, you do not need to add more unless if you're on a lowfat diet. if i were you, i would maybe add a little cod liver oil mixed together with some ghee, which will supply you with omega 3 instead. it won't taste good, but it'll be better for you health wise.
