Anyone have an opinion about doing the Water Cure as a kidney cleanse? THat would be drinking half your body weight in water in a day.

I normally drink a lot of water and this seems to be the easiest kidney cleanse for me.

Any thoughts? Is this sufficient to cleanse my relatively clean kidneys?
