I just did my second flush last monday using capsules. When I responded to someone asking about flushing I recommended putting the Epsom Salt in capsules and was strongly advised not to do it. The reason being the salts do not dissolve very easy and having those crystals in direct contact with your stomach or intestines (depending on where they open) is not a good thing.
I certainly liked not having to taste that nasty taste. But after being told it was basicly common sense not to do it I figured I wouldn't do it again. Can you tell me why you think it is ok to encapsulate it?
Thanks
ps I used the same capsules as you and it took 17 to make one tablespoon!
