Re: Can NO-GRAIN DIET CAUSE candid to go mycelial??

Hello,
I think you should perhaps consider that you may have an additional problem along with your candida if you are having symptoms after being on this diet for over three years. There are many things that could cause the symptoms you describe.

Do you have low body temperature? If you do, you may have a thyroid issue. I am being treated for thyroid with compounded meds due to low body temp. My test results were on low range of normal, but body temp was low. The treatment is helping.

Many people with candida have low immune response. This is why overgrowth can occur. I really beleive that Candida can be a signal of even bigger issues in the body. If you don't address the low immune system, the other problems won't go away.

I have had many candida symptoms that turned out to be caused by candida and many other issues. In addition to thyroid issue, I have low immune response, hormonal imbalances, several virus, bacterial infections, low iron, blood disorder, and vitamin deficiencies. Since beginning to treat these issues, my energy levels have increased, numbing in arms and legs decreased, brain fog improved, memory and concentration improved and much more.

Just something to consider. Good luck with your treatment.
