Well thanks for your support and suggestions folks. Fortunately, I'm not a diabetic as my Plasma glucose level was recently tested after a fast and returned 4.3 MMOL/L, which is perfectly fine. However for those less fortunate its clear to see why other people are part of this "mysterious" epidemic... Look no further than the food chain, full of healthy products ! Tweet
