Re: Can NO-GRAIN DIET CAUSE candid to go mycelial??

In my personal experiecne, candida will LEARN to live on whatever you eat. Of course this does not mean to eat whatever you want and it makes no difference. But I have also been on a diet for a long long time at least 1 1/2 years with a very strict diet and it did nothting for my candida except not irritate it.

In 99.9% of cases, diet alone will not kill it off, and once it becomes used to your intake, it will adjust and continue to multiply. It requires and antifungal to clear it up.

I do not believe no grains cause it to go fungal. All foods have a carb value even meat. All foods cause a rise in blood sugar. We just cannot kill candida this way. I have said this over and over because there are many people who think that if they correct their diets and alkanize themselves that will fix the probolem. It will not. One must get at the root cause of the reason you have a problem.

If you have candida you must restore balance. At this point it is too late to do this with diet alone. Kill off a portion of candida ( with antifungals) and replace with good flora. It is the only way.
