Well shoot.
I've already begun the cleanse, and I honestly can't even read about the "flush concotion" without my stomach turning! I did a parasite cleanse, and was instructed to do this cleanse next. Since I have already started and am not prepared to flush isn't going to do me some good at the very least still?

Well, thank you so much for the response...I have recently found this board, and it's like my dream come true!! I'm all about bettering my health and in a naural way:)
