I really didn't plan on making this a discussion on salts. I do like
the recipe's. Mining salt ( Sodium chloride) two thousand years ago
is when man started this consumption of salt. This is where salary
which means salt money came from. Salt is not naturally found in
nature a man wouldn't run into this,unless his mining sea beds.
Sodium chloride is used in all food because it inhibits enzyme activity
and preserves the food. If you could eat the other cell salts and not
sodium chloride you will prevent Harding of your arteries, eliminate edema
and greatly help take a load of you organs.
