I do fine as long as I drink lots of water - about 8 - 10 glasses/day. I don't make the full amount every day. Some days are 2 g salt & 8 g Vit C. I used to get the runs with 1 g Vit C., but don't seem to be bothered with the high amount now so I figure I must need it.
Have you tried cutting back the amount somewhat to see if it helps?
It hasn't cured me from the "Morgellons" or whatever, so don't really know if it works, but I'm better and definitely not worse, so I'm afraid to quit taking it.
