Hi Tim----
I had a person begin the cleansing process when I asked her WHY she wanted to keep them/it? If it's disgusting to you outside of your body, isn't it even MORE disgusting to be keeping it inside? And personally, I've never felt better in my life. Best wishes, and keep us posted.
