Oh I see, I could agree with most of that. I would not put too much stock in what the FDA or whoever comes out and says what has more of what. With that said, I do see your point, and its one of the reasons why I like to look at apples vs. apples and or oranges vs. oranges. The overall goal for me is not to eat only what is more alkalizing, but to eat a variety of fruits knowing that they are the best I can get.
Lastly, just thinking here… I don’t think I could get any orange to read 15 times higher than a lemon. Again I would not trust those numbers.
