Concerned: Kidneys aching

I'm on day 3 of the Humaworm cleanse and have changed nothing else in my diet/etc.

Description:
About an hour ago, I got really warm, then hot - I'm not menopausal, but it kind of felt like a building hot flash...it then subsided....

Then over the last hour, my kidneys - first my left and now my right as well - have become achey/painy.....do you have any idea why this happened? Is there anything I should do, or is it something that will pass on its own? I normally drink copious amounts of water and juice fast on and off - I've also taken your advice and have upped my water intake while on Humaworm. I'm not in pain per se, it's more like something is happening in my kidneys and they feel tuckered out or something....like achey....if that helps descrive it better.

Update: The kidney ache seems to have passed from both of my kidneys....could it be a new level of parasite die off? Have you heard of this kidney ache thing before?
