Do y'all think that along with removing toxins & stuff, we are absorbing nutrients with this therapy? My guess is YES, as evidenced by people reporting changes in their skin, PMS symptoms, etc...(feel free to add to the list).
also, do what do you all think about adding specific oils to our swishing for specific benefits?
