Re: zoebess
Its apples and oranges sort of thing for me. I like
both but burned out on the juice fasting since I
did it say a week a month for a long time and so while
I like juicing, I am just at a different place in my
life and have used the lemonade. This year, may bring
yet another swing and I may get back into my green
drinks which is what I did more than anything with my
juicing.
Also, I do not leave where I am as often as weekly
so the lemons keep better for me, whereas before I
had the luxury of going to a farmers market and so
my options were better of getting fresh produce
on a weekly basis. When you can buy organic beets a
bushel at a time, for example, you are in juicing
heaven...ggg.
The tea alone should work fine. Adding additional cayenne
seems to also have a laxative, loosening effect, which
has been experienced by many and I also can validate
that theory. My last 30 day cleanse, the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) almost
became uneffective and after switching to the tea in
the morning and night, there was another shift and
the results were good. Again, listening to one's body
and utilizing the options you DO have is a great way
of being flexible and productive.
blessings,
Zoe
