Observations of emotions & addictions

This is to follow on the Observations of Emotions Thread down the page a bit. Sandover just posted something about how they've been feeling cravings for cigarettes and that a friend had had cravings for alcohol while OPing. I thought we might want a separate thread simply to comment on the issue of addiction reaction(s) while OPing.

Until about a year ago, I smoked about ten cigarettes a day. For the last year, I've been a non-smoker.

I've been OPing for 5.5 weeks and have not ever felt like picking up a cigarette. Not once. I've also not noticed any change in my emotionality. Others here state that they have. Well, I haven't.

I have noticed how the oil changes, and believe that OPing is helping me detox my body fat slowly.

I'm interested to see other folks' responses.
