Gosh, Roni, that's amazing. I am on the third day too and I am not feeling that energetic. I have a headache and I am really cold. Infact I find my self getting the chills a bit. I also have some serious cravings. Craving for foods I never even eat like corn chips and pasta dishes.I also have more motivation to go to the gym, which is a bummer. I really want to make it to 10 days, but I am thinking of just going to 5 instead. This is my first time and this is hard!
