I too was infected with Blasto - and i was very ill. I took the triple cocktail of drugs precribed by Prof Borody of the CDD in Sydney and it did kill this parasite. As a result my stomach pain and bloating has reduced.

However I am still not well, I still have stomach pain and bloating and various neurological symptoms - and they r quite disabling. I have since been diagnosed with a bacterial infection by an unknown pathogen. The treatment I undertook was a 2 weeks program of fecal tranfusions - that was now a month and a half ago.

I'm also working with a biochemist now. She has tested me for IgG food sensitivities and a liver detox test. As a result I was found to be creating IgG antibodies for various foods which I now elminate from my diet and my liver phase II Glutathionation detox path is stuffed. A lack of Glutathionation in my body may also explain permability of my blood brain barrier which would help explain my neurological symptoms especially this bloody brain fog.
