Question: Natural sources of lecithin?

I've been wondering if the liver or other organs actually manufacture lecithin.

I know that soy beans are often the source of manufactured lecithin, but some say that only 'properly fermented' soy is 'good' for us. This is found in non-GMO miso and tamari, I read.

Does anyone know of other sources of lecithin?
