And you're right on about the "gentle touch". I definitely adopt a different tone when talking with those who are firmly on the "other side"...

BTW, she's a home-care nurse....deals with REALLY sick people...she told me that it's considered to be o.k. to have a BM every few days or so....eek! Tweet
