Re: gluten intolerance

aye, ive gone 16 years of my life without really realizing i had a gluten intolerance (needles to say, shitting has been a bitch -_- ).

Though ive had it, and ive been eating gluten containing products my entire life (stopped now mind you), without having any probs till about 6 years ago, when my lips suddenly became horribly dry...and then i bit em and picked for half a year...and then stopped..and..here i am.

Though for the record, ive noticed that if i do eat gluten, and my stomach acts up, i'll have a slight rash outbreak on my arms and general dryness on my face. nothing serious, pretty light.

And from what ive seen, for me, it does not effect my lips in any way.

Avoiding gluten has been harder than i thought; you really can trust the list on the package of whatever =/
