Re: gluten intolerance

funny you mention gluten because I have stopped intake of this as best I could, and have noticed a sliht improvement in my lips. Ive ate whole wheat bread for the past 3 years every day and my problem started when I started living off of sandwiches. I always seem to cough when I eat bread as well, some type of allergic reaction. I dont think its a cause but definately connected. I keep you updated. Its only been 4 days. I miss sandwiches but I miss my lips more.

Also, ive kept a food diary for 6 months to see what makes it worse and what doesnt effect my lips.

This could help some of you although everyone is different.

Nuts- make them worse
Cantelope- make them worse
Bread- make them worse (whole wheat in particular b/c more gluten)
Tea- this is the worst for me, I dread the drink now
Coffee- makes them worse
