Re: gluten intolerance

I think gluten has something to do with it...same with sugar. I think it's a good idea to stay away from gluten and Sugar (especially refined sugar). Sometimes I pig out on raisens (can't help it, it's SO good!) and I notice that my lips get itchier. Even though raisens are really healhty and alkaline, they are high in natural sugar.

When gluten, lots of pasta/bread, and Sugar worsens our condition, then the condition is probably related to an abundance of yeast/fungus in our bodies. People with eczema and especially people with candida stay away from gluten and sugar. Since I have eczema on the lips, this makes sense. But I've avoided gluten, pasta, and refined Sugar for 3 months and have not noticed a significant improvement in my lips (although I have been eating brown rice regularly). Right now, I'm in the progress of following the alkaline/acid diet using protocols on the Moreless forum (they also have their own website: Anyone done this and seen results?
